99 quality score with 4x AND 8x burns
59 1st 2x burn(one PI of 27 at 2.15G)
97 2nd 2x burn
Conclusion 8x is better than 2x with
my nec 3520/3.05 and this media.
Same pattern as comparing 4x and 8x burns
with new ritek g04's(16x dvd+r's)

With the 16x dvd+r media, I figure it's the newer dye,
but with the old TY's I figure it's improved firmware/hardware.
