enhance tv-out on IBM thinkpad T23??

I'm looking for a program, with about the same features
as tvtool, but for my S3supersavage chipset on my new
IBM portable, chipset 8C2E.

Help would be greatly appreciated, so I can watch my divx
movies on the television,
