Hello,
I want to hear audio from the sound card (SB Live! Value) on my TV (as part of DVD playback). But I have 2 problems:
1. The "Line Out" on the sound card is stereo, and my TV is mono.
2. The volume I hear on the TV is very low (even after increasing to maximum the Volume Control in Windows).
So I need to find a way to:
1. Convert the stereo output of the sound card to mono.
2. Amplify the sound somehow before it goes to TV.
It could be the other way around. I don't know. Has anyone ever tried to do something like this? Any help would be appriciated.
