I got the firmware patched to RPC 1 successfully.
Now i got the experience, that my CD-Speed is much slower as before. It only works with about 16x speed instead of 48x.
It takes 7 mins for a 1:1 copy of a CD instead of about 3 mins before.
Is this an normal thing in patched firmwares?
Next thing is I don´t remember which revision it had originally, in case I need to reflash it to the normal firmware. Even Cdvdinfo wont read it out.
Are there any other tools to check which date or version my actual firmware is?
Last question is: Does a flash of the firmware effect the manufactor resets? Or is the reset something different?
