dvd player with subtitle

I´ve got a question and I think i´m here @ the right place 2 ask

I live in spain but i´m dutch.
So I want to watch movies with dutch subtitles but all the spanish dvd´s haven´t got dutch subtitles.
does somebody know if it is possible to watch dvd´s with ripped subtitles.
I hope somebody can help me.
