Ok here's the deal. Sent my daughter off to London (Oxford U.) with a Dell Inspiron 2650 laptop.
Without paying heed to the DVD instructions, she merrily flipflopped throught the alloted Region changes and is now stuck in Region 2. She returns to college in the U.S. this summer & I was wondering if their is some way to reset the DVD Region counter. Does this reside in software or firmware. She is using XP home edition. Thanks for any help.
