I am having a small problem with the playback of my DVDs on my PC. Every 5 to 10 minutes the picture will seem to pause for a very small amound of time (it is very small and only just noticeable, but obviously I notice it). I think that it might be related to InterVideo WinDVD Platinum because I don't think it was there when I was using WinDVD 3. But I am not sure of this. I would like to continue using Platinum as it supports the features of my new soundcard, the SoundBlaster Audigy 2.
If these help, my specs are:
Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz
512MB DDR RAM
nVidia GeForce MX 440
Creative SoundBlaster Audigy 2
Creative Inspire 6700 Speakerset
40GB Hard Disk
80GB Hard Disk
32x/12x/48x CD-RW Drive
16x DVD-ROM Drive
Windows XP Home Edition SP1
DMA Mode is enabled for all drives according to Intel Application Accelerator 2.3
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
