Would not play a region-free DVD
hello everyone 
got a small problem - region-free DVD would not play on a Toshiba DVD Rom [Real Magic decoder]. Both are region locked items. Is this the reason, or DVD fake? [Though plays on a "broken" laptop DVD-Rom].
The station starts but no picture nor sound.
Any ideas? Thanks a lot...
