I have a Panasonic DVD-A105 standalone player that plays CD's just fine, but chokes on DVD's. Does anyone know if this is an optical reader problem, or decoding? It typically will start to play, but it will either stop altogether at some point, or it will hang up and 'pause', with digital artifiacts and errors in the playback.
Please let me know if any of you have ideas about this.
