Where/How does WinDVD store AutoResume info?

I'm trying to decipher where and how WinDVD stores the Auto Resume position for each DVD.

I have a couple of DVDs stored on my hard disk. Every time I play one, I'm tired of having to jump through the previews and menus to get to the main title. I would like to make a separate batch file for starting each DVD that overwrites the place where the AutoResume info is stored so that each DVD starts in my desired position.

From comparing the registry before and after quitting WinDVD in a different place in the main title of a DVD, I think the info is stored in [HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-[snip]\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explore r\UserAssist\{75048700-EF1F-[snip]}\Count]
in the HRZR_EHACNGU keys. All the names of these keys are garbled, but it seems that is simply amounts to all letters being shifted

    abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
    nopqrstuvwxyzabcdefghijklm

Example: Mary Poppins = Znel Cbccvaf

Does anyone have any more information? I'm hoping to save myself a lot of needless experimentation. I've contacted InterVideo and searched the web, with no success.

    TIA!
