WinDVD 5/6 -- Video Effects Question

Is there any way to have the Sharpness automatically enabled (full screen, full intensity) when WinDVD is started? I've tried to have both WinDVD5 and now 6 load automatically with the sharpness enabled, but haven't yet found a way. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.
