I have been using my Pioneer A03 for the last couple of weeks, and have successfully made discs that playback fine on my PC and my standalone. All seemed well
I then decided to use the PC with a creative labs DX2 card (under XP) which plays pressed DVDs very well. Problem! The DVD-R disc isnt recognised as a DVD disc by the decoder card and blatently refuses to autoplay the disc.
I am able to select VOB files to play, and they playback fine. However, it only plays individual files - and not the film. The menu options dont even show up - but simply play like a slide show film.
Is it something I am doing wrong in the authoring process?
I currently complile using SPruceUp, and burn using Nero. Disc type I select is UDF/ISO. Maybe something to do with that choice?
Whatever it is, its extremely annoying!
Anyone have any ideas or explanation as to why the CLabs card doesnt recognise my DVD-Rs as proper DVD films - when everything else does!
Cheers
