Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-C2502

I have a Toshiba Satellite with a DVD ROM SD-C2502 an WINDVD 3.05

I would like to reset the region counter becasuse it's fixed in region 5.

I've tried DVD Genius unsuccesfully.

What else can I do.
