Can someone help me? I have Dazzle DVD Complete version 2.02 retail running on my XP machine. Once upon a time it used to work fine but these days, whenever I try to build a DVD, it runs for a while and then reports "The build / mux process failed". I've tried installing a downloaded update but the installer tells me that the program is not installed. I've also tried doing a fresh installation of the program but that didn't make any difference. I hope someone can point me in the right direction cos I've got a number of unfinished projects that I don't want to lose and Dazzle won't let me export the movie files.
