Hello,
we need some help moving our digital video from the tapes to the computer. We have a Sony DCR-HC21 connected via a firewire to our computer. We have tried using Nero Express 6.0, Picture Package and Windows movie maker to capture the video. We get the video fine, but no sound...
any ideas what to do?
(when we captured via USB, the sound was fine, but the video quality was awful... the video is good now, but no sound
