As we all know, wide screen camcorders are made to film as the 1:85 ratio. Are there any lenses available to film on the 2:35? Also, if a 2:35 lense is available, would it work from a 1:85 camcorder. With projectors, the 1:85 lenses or a 2:35 lenses can be added to show a film on its correct wide screen format. I wonder if it would work the same for camcorder filming unless a third party would be need to convert the filming from a 1:85 to the 2:35.
