I have got a tv-out. I plug the cable from s video (computer) to scart television. But i see black and white. I think this is because my television doesn't recognize NTCS code.
SO IS THERE A FREE SOFTWARE ON THE WEB that changes my tv output into a PAL output?
In my notebook's tv-out drive settings there isn't this feature.
