This is my first post on this forum, and I am quite happy to see this forum. It looks like a great bunch of posters.
Anyway, I have searched on this forum to try to answer a Fair Useâ„¢ question. Fair Useâ„¢ is a great program. I have successfully, on my Mac, copied DVDs to hard drive and played them back. But now when I use Fair Useâ„¢ to split to two segments, the main, and second one because you can only write to 4.7G DVD-R, the second DVD segment does not mount, etc. The first part plays on the Mac and on the DVD player.
The newbie question: Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong wrt the second segment?
DVD Extractor also does a great job at imaging, but it doesn't partition the DVD for two writes. Is there another solution?
Thanks for you help, and sorry for the newbie, but you have to start somewhere.
