Camcorder NTSC-->pal

since miniDV ntsc USA camcorder are cheaper and better quality, i'd like to buy one. I'd like to know if i'll have problem converting NTSC video to PAL on the PC.
If not, i'd like to know if you got any reason about not buy a ntsc one, but a pal one
