VHS Capturing Problem

I have a DLink DUB-T200 TV Tunner and video capture, when I capture video from TV i don´t have problems, but when I capture from VHS or Video Camera the sound have a retard from a 2 or 3 seconds. My PC have a Intel processor 1.4MHZ, 256 MB, 40GB HD (30 MB free) and Windows XP SP1.

Someone have an idea?
