Hello all,
I am currently using ArcSoft Showbiz to capture video from my Canon ZR 300 DV camcorder. I was having no problems until recently. The past couple of times I try to capture video I get an error message stating: 'cannot connect DV camcorder device or its power is not on' The device is clearly turned on and video plays through ShowBiz, but as soon as I hit the capture button, the feed goes blank (camera still on) and I receive the error message. Any suggestions on how to alleviate this problem? I have the updated drivers and such.
