I need a batch Normalize Program

So i have all this video and i have spent a lot of time captureing encodeing and syncing, now my problem is that all the sound is at a diffrent level... ok so i could save the audio track and use a batch normalizing program but i have to much video to do that (350hrs) so i was wondering if ne one knew of a program that will let me input a .avi or .mpg (in batch mode) and normaize the audio track from the high of the Peak of batched files Without Ripping the audio back out of the video......EOF
