Hi
Im converting a anime (OEDO 808) DVD to DivX on DVDX 1.8a and
there is some severe interlacing issues on many scenes.
So I activated the deinterlace filter to interpolate (the option that achieved the best image quality among the other settings).
The image quality was great, but something new came up: The scenes got a "litle jumpy".
Its a very subtle thing, but its there and can be noticed very easily.
Example: in a scene, the camera slowly moves from top to bottom showing first the sky to end up on the characters on ground.
On the interlaced avi, its a smooth movement.
On the de-interlaced avi, the scenes goes on a regular bumping like it stops an goes 5 times per second or so.
Is there any setup to prevent this effect?
Thanks
