Hi.
I would like to buy a decent, but most economical, video capture card that will work in WinXP. I have considered the DC10+, but I heard it is not compatible in XP. Otherwise, most other capture cards are too expensive.
Is it possible to walk away with a real-time MPEG2 capture card for under $200?

grimfandango brought up the Pinnacle DV, which costs around $70.
Does anyone know anything about that card? I heard Pinnacle makes the best video capture hardware. I am reluctant to buy the Pinnacle DC10+ because it has been discontinued and I am not 100% sure that it works in XP.

NecessaryEvil and fatdaddy of Hardforums mentioned the Leadtek TV.
The specs and reviews sounds very promising.

Right now, I like the Leaktek TV2000XP very much. I like the fact that it works in XP, pretty good capture in real-time, and thatn it costs round $70.
Thanks,
Kuphryn
