Hi, I'm new to these forums but I hope someone can give me a hand.
I just recently got into digital video, and I'd been using VirtualDub to encode raw .avi files that I'd captured (also using VirtualDub) from various input sources through my new All-in-Wonder.
Anyways, up until now I'd been been working with relatively small video clips, with great success. However, today I tried to encode two LARGE files, and in both cases I had the same problem.
The process will be going along smoothly until the output file gets to be approximately 36 MB in size, and then it will just stop. The Rendering FPS will drop to 0.0, and I'll have to abort the encode.
What I've been doing is this:
-Capture a raw .avi using the MJPEG codec.
-Compress to divx using DivX 5.0.2 and the Radium codecs.
Any help anyone could give me would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
