ISO CD Launcher 5.0 1.62MB from psycodad.de

Does anyone have this version of this software. From the Divx-Digest list this Compact Disc Launcher looks exactly what I need. I've tried DOOM9.NET without success and have done every kind of search I could imagine.
I'm certain that I'll only be able to find this software from someone online.
Anyone please?
