Premiere to DivX - Flaskmpeg

I want to make DivX from Premiere.

My questions are:

1- Is there a plugin of Avisynth for Premiere to Flaskmpeg (or to another Divx encodeur) ?

2- Is there a way to export from Premiere the video to avi-DivX and sound to MP3-Divx together (not WAV, too big!) ?

3- Is there a way to insert audio MP3 in Avi-DivX ?

I think I'm not alone in this case !!!
