I need a piece of advice.My box consists of following:
amd xp2500+ barton (OC to 2,3 Mhz)
2x256 PC2700 (runs at 205 Mhz)
2 ata 133 drives
win2k sp4 etc....
And I have connected my sony camcorder via firewire ..... but I have some capture problems.In iuVCr I have setup the DivX bitrate to 1500,deinterlacing on all frames (using a filter from Cyberlink powerVCR...works very nicely.My problem is that (according to iuVCR) the CPU load during the compression is way too high ...all green),I don't get dropped frames but it looks very disturbing.The codec is divx5.03 pro....so anybody with a soltion how to tweak the capture to the max...let me know.
And at the end....is there a util (like some sort of registry cleaner) that can reset my codec settings (like reset registry settings).
