RadLight 3.03 R4

My RadLight v.3.03 R4 does not work properly. After Right mouse button clicking there is nothing shown. I can use only keyboard shortcuts. How do I change the script of subtitles font to central european? Thanx PS: My SW- MS Win NT4.0, DivX 4.12 Codec
