It was interlaced but you cannot used the optimized interlaced setting for procoder as DVD-RB_PRO get's into problems concerning this setting (was in the ECLPRO readme)
What do you consider 'low bitrate' ?
At 3000- I consider it mission impossible..... and split up to two DVD's.
