Hi People, I havent been here for a while. I have TMPGnc source creator 4.
Once in a while when I open it the window wants me to re-authorize the product. the window has 6 boxes to enter data. the first box already has 4 charactors that cannot be removed. I kept record of the serial no. but it wont accept it. I cannot enter the first 4 charactors anyway cause its already filled in. I do not understand this and I dont have time for it. I sent mail to support at the TMPGnc site and no response after a week. at their site I logged in and checked the products I have registered what they have is a record of TMPGnc source creator 2 and the serial no. Ive since purchased version 4. anyone have any top secret info on this issue?
