Tmpegenc Auth Wrks 4 rendering does not create 15 frame closed GOPs?

For almost all my movies converted to DVD i get the error that the GOP is moe than 15 frames which could have a negative effect on my final authored DVD. Is therea workaound to this issue? or have i to process it to dvd compliant mpeg 2 in another progam and then hope it smart renders in the authoring process of Tmpegenc Authoring works 4

Or is there a short cut to take care of this issue?

BTW how does this really affect the final DVD - a jumpy image or something else?
