Hi everyone, recently, a lot of videos i download (.AVIs) are not playing in WMV or DIVX player. WMV gives the missing codec error, and Divx player just doesn't play. they work in VLC player, but then stops playing and just freezes at some point during playback. I checked the files with GSpot, and they say 2 compatible codecs are installed, Divx Decoder Filter and ffdshow Mpeg-4. when I try to render, it says render failed. somebody told me to install k-lite codec pack, and i did, but still no luck. can anyone help me out here??
