First off , I am really new to the computer thing but I have a taste for making my own videos. Here`s my deal any help for the old green horn would be nice ! I can upload the video/ audio to movie maker heck I can even preview it but I can not for the life of me take any clips out of the file, as soon as I try it turns to a green screen and the video portion is gone . The audio is still in place but the video has to be [removed] and start again only to see the same results, very frustrating to say the least .
I have read so many pages of info trying to find some help, I mean I kinda need a basic instrution tutor to give me the run down on a fix for this problem. I have read a few people having had the same issue but they never report the final results ,if they managed the resovle the problem .
