Hey everyone. I'm currently using an Insignia HD Camcorder and trying to convert the video since it lags on my media players. I decided to try out Xilisoft and it converts fine...except for the fact that there are two images of the same video showing up. Essentially it looks like the original video...

Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate

I have a licensed copy of Video Converter Ultimate. For some reason I cannot get a video "preview" on any file. I can get a preview on a picture "merge" input, but not a file. In other words, the screen is dark!!

When I first installed this program there was an error...
