Despite your incredibly inferior media and burning very fast, the burn appears successful.

You got your AVI file on the disk. Try to play it on a software player (or a standalone one that supports playback of AVIs).

Does your player support playback of AVIs? If not, you need to convert it to DVD

You should only use genuine Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden media. Many thanks to www.pcx.com.au for their supply and great service.

If the second one works, you don't need the first.

Okay the Dvd works great guys thanks for your help. Just one last problem im having now when i enter that burnt disc back into my pc to make copys im lost. What program do i use to make copys of this disc. When i tryed using windows media player the disc doesnt show up for me to burn. I mean i can go back to dvd flick to make more copys that way but it took all night as to say just making a copy wouldnt take as long.
