ok this is what i see when i open ide ata/ atap controllers, i didnt see main nforce ide controller, so i dbl click on the parallel ata controller, driver version is -5.10.2600.479 built by Winddk

To avoid crashing file system, please do update the chipset driver before updating Bios version 1012 or later
