    dvd's, cd's.

Record Now 9 incorporated in Roxio EMC 9 was superb. I haven't got a coaster since I started using it. I used quality blanks such as Ritek and Taiyo Yuden though. Not sure about lower end discs if how it performs.

I've also used Burrrn with great success, although I don't know if it works with Vista. By the way, I'm surprised that you're an early adopter...

I just tried burrrn on Vista Home Premium. Burns CDs
just fine. The only glitch I noticed that wasn't in XP is in
the scrolling log dialog. Many lines are duplicated. Other
than that I dragged & dropped some .flac files and it converted
                    'em & burned without complaining.

                    Nice little app.

What does the ReplayGain option do, and what setting is the best? I can't find info on it
I know if you hover the cursor over it, you get basic info, but maybe somebody could elaborate.

Replaygain is a technique that analyzes the audio files and adjusts the values in the headers accordingly so that they "sound" as loud as a specified value. Basically it makes all your music the same perceived "loudness", so that you do not have to increase/decrease the volume between tracks. Very highly recommended if you plan on compiling a disc from different artists/albums. The standout feature of Burrrn, and a lossless process.

89dB should be the default in most implementations, and is the recommended value. Going much higher can produce clipping.

Thanks anonymez guess I will leave it checked on "Track Adjustment"
It doesnt have a spot to enter a numerical decibal number that I can see.
