MediaSub.exe

Hi everybody!
I'm completely new to Divxland Media Subtitler and I immediately ran into a problem
When I tried to save my project I kept getting message that the MediaSub.exe didn't react. Consequently, nothing was saved.
I reinstalled the software, but same thing happened.
Am I doing something wrong?
Can anyone help me?

What Windows version are you using? Are you using latest program version 2.0.5? Does this happens from the Save or Save As menu?

Hi. I'm using Windows XP Home edition version 2002, Service Pack 2.
The problem occurs in both the Save and the Save as.

It might be a problem with your Windows Media Player component. Try installing version 10.

I installed the latest version of Media Player (11) but the problem persists. Even when I don't save anything and I merely exit the program I get a message saying that a problem occurred with MediaSub.exe and to tell Microsoft about this problem.
Is there another download I should get to fix this?

No, sorry. I could not test the program under Windows 2000 fully, so I'm unable to fix that error for the moment.
