Problem With vietnamese subtitle

Hi,

I do all the setting -> control penal-regional and language- to vietnamese.

And my divxland media Subtitler 2.0.5 cant set it to vietnamese. When i try to set it, it will default back to western.

And funny Charector come out.... example this wat I paste "in tức đáng tin cậy, được cập nhật thường xuyên" but it appear as "in tu+'c đáng tin ca^.y, đưo+.c ca^.p nha^.t thưo+`ng xuyên".................

Help!!!!!
