problem in embeding!!

I dont what is wrong? every time I try to embed the subtitle

I encountered the same problem: statsfile not found.
I cannot remember how to configure exactly but I know that you must somehow enter XviD configuration and select "One Pass" instead of "Two Pass".
I'm not an expert but I know two pass method is used to create statsfile in first pass, and use it in seconds pass.
When you select one pass method, it does this in one go.
