    Solved: Miscategorized firmware file

I went to download the newest firmware for my Lite-On DH-20A3H and I think I found a firmware file out of place in the DH-20A3H category. The firmware file listed (ESOM 22nd April, 2008 DR4ES0M.zip) is not for a DH-20A3H burner. It’s for a very old LiteOn LDW-401S and the firmware is even old for that drive at that.

      Thanks Abuilder!

      It's deleted now.

I wonder why ADMIN has the option in vBulletin allowing the OP to edit the thread title turned off? I was going to add SOLVED: as a prefix to the title.

I don't think there's actually a permission to allow non moderators to change thread titles. I see options for deleting, open/closing, but nothing about editing thread titles, just one option about editing posts (which is enabled). Sorry.

It's possible for 'regular' members to change the title of a thread that they created.
            • Open up your the thread.
            • Press the 'Edit' button.
            • Press the 'Go Advanced' button.
            • Change the title to whatever you want.
            • Press 'Save Changes.

Thanks, I knew there was a way but I didn’t know if it was on Admins or the user end. After giving it a little though I think it might be better not to get the “Solved” thing started here. This is an example of what can happen. Kind of a mess really?

There are 2 models of the 322. One with v8 hardware (not sure if that's technically correct!) and one with v9.

Note the last letter in the *complete* device identifier for your drive.

                  i.e. one will say:

                  '... iHAP322 8'

                  and the other will say:

                  '... iHAP322 9'
