hl-dt-st bd-re bt10f firmware

I was wondering if someone can help me. I've never tried upgrading the firmware on something before, so i'm very new to this. However, I have tired burning a DL Blu Ray disc and it keeps failing. Looking online it seems that the only solution is to update the drives firmware. I've been looking around but I can't seem to figure out what firmware I need for my drive;

hl-dt-st bd-re bt10f

I did a search at Firmware HQ and it brings up 256 results.

Can someone help me find which firmware I need?
