MKV to PS3 trouble... Please help

I am converting an MKV movie file to view on a PS3 using mkv2vob but when the conversion is complete, I am only getting 38 minutes from the original movie length of 1 hour 58 minutes. Can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong?
