    Kingston Ram

Kingston Ram just replaced 2, 512 Meg PC2700 sticks I had from my previous computer. I have posted recently on the problems I had. My point is that Kingston was extremely accessible, did not give me a hard time and have issued a RMA with postage paid, ( I drop it off at FEDEX). I almost thru these sticks away but a sales person at Tigerdirect told me to contact them and they would honor the warranty, and they did.

Yes it is. They seem pretty confident about their products. I was impressed with their courteous behaviour. I recently purchased a ATI X800 256 Pro from ATI that was refurbished. It has a 3 year replacement waranty, ATI said that was the only way people would buy refurb's. They have since reduced their waranty's to one year on a lot of their products. Kingston said they only refurb parts that are no longer current and will be sending me new Ram.
