please,please help.windown reactive

any one know why my windownxp ask for reactive windown within 3 days after i do some change the system configuration utility.but when i enter the product key from the computer the windown say INCORRECT PRODUCT KEY.

I'd turn it back off, after 3 days you get locked out of XP.
