You COULD Alt-Printscreen and paste it into MSPaint.

Almost all media players have a "capture" key, typically available from a right click menu.

i don't recommend the printscreen button for capturing stills from videos. see this thread as to why, and how to go about doing it losslessly http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=58567
