    Driver Problems....I Think?

My comp crashed on me the other day, some virus or something of that nature. reinstalled everything no problems. so i thought. everytime i go to dvdd, shrink, or any other program they first of all, estimated time is more than I have the patience for. they have been getting up to 3% and then stop and the est. time goes up to 145 hours and it just freezes up on me. I checked the DMA thing someone else had suggested, and i also cleaned, defragged my computer. its a brand new comp. never had this problem before. but everything else constantly goes wrong with it. all of the things i have tried were to no avail. i finally got wedding crashers to run but it took it 1 hour and 49 minutes to just decrypt it! it only took the same time as it used too to burn. good ol' nero! please help. this is way outta my level of knowledge of computers. thank you. i have to seperate drivers. only one is a dvd/cd burner the other is a cd burner. thank you in advance! and thank you to all of the "guru's" of the Forums world! we would be no where without your help!

Seems to be some mess in the .IFO files.

Try to use FixVTS - you can find instructions in this section:

Go from section 5.3.1 from step 4. Also use the 'Full DVD' button.

A note: the disc you are trying to burn on is not wasted.

i did use FixVTS - ill use dvdd on it again maybe i lost a file somewhere i cant wait until i get my laptop so no one else uses the comp. i constantly find that my back-up files are deleted. but hopefully re-decrypting it will help or maybe i could try again. and thanks for that note i was getting ready to toss the disc!! !!
