Chewy,
I finished your guide.
One thing. I ended up with Album Art.jpg files on my desktop. When I clicked on them to remove them, a message "removal of files my damage your system." I am assuming that the change in Folder options made these files appear. Can I delete them? Jo Jo Cd cover art. I have no idea how they got there. Will this warning precede File or Folder deletions from now on?

Yes I have WMP 10. I really don't care about Album Art. If I was to delete these files would there be a system problem? I have an IPod Mini. No album art capabilities.

I am trying to figure out how to use memtest86 I've tried to figure it out myself but no luck as of yet.
I dont have a flopy drive so I made an ISO img of the 2 files [boot.cat and memtest.img] I opened the cd and nothing happened so I clicked on each file. The boot.cat says the file is invalid for use as the following: security catalog.
I cant figure it out.Comment

my memtest has a folder called boot with those 2 files in it
used nero to make it, burn iso?
put it in your drive and reboot the computer, if it doesn't boot to the cd, you have to go into bios and change the boot order, or press a boot command key when it first posts
doesn't run from within windowsComment

I rebooted and nothing. then rebooted hit f12 and booted from CD drive and got nothing. I put just those two files on the CD and not the folder but I can't see that being a problem.
I've changed the boot order before dut do not remember the steps to get to where you change it. This is the most trouble i've ever had figuring something out on my computer.Comment
