Question about chosing the right monitor.

Im looking to buy a new monitor, I've narrowed it down to these 4. Im stumped.. I dont know which one to chose. I have $300 in-store credit at this local store here in Toronto (Canada Computers) which is why im buying it here. Here are the 4 links.. it would help me out alot with someone else's opinion. Thanks.

I'm with Anon. Look at that viewing angle... sweet! Not to mention that contrast ratio!

Dont completely trust the specs, as Samsung has been slapped a few times for fudging slighty their specs and there is no official guildines for testing the specs.

Samsung is generally a highly rated LCD monitor, LG gets their parts from Samsung. Samsung is also the largest LCD Monitor manufacter which dont mean squat but to me it means they have seen all the manufacturing problems and have prolly eliminated the bugs

I have seen lowered spec'd Sony and NECs that IMO looked better than higher spec'd Samsung. Hence I have a 19 Sony.

Make that store show you the monitors you have in question. Do your own comparisions and definately make sure they DIRECTLY plug each monitor into A single computer and view them all from that same computer and the same Demo Video. Take in a DVD and some really really Bright Pictures with contrasting colors

          Just my thoughts

I am happy with my Dell 15" LCD monitor that came with my computer for free... I would never spend $250 just to get 2" bigger. Now if it were like 21" or 23", maybe (like my dad's at work... freaking sweet dual-monitor setup there)
